    The seller responded quickly to my email and processed the refund without any issues. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service. The item arrived in a sealed, unopened package. However, the seller is not responsible if the products malfunction. This was a manufacturer issue, not the seller. Will shop with them again.

    excellent seller. As described and beautiful item. He shipped promptly ... BUT the gods of FEDEX were not with the item. It took 11 days to arrive. He followed up on the item at my request. Nothing the seller could do about it. Thanks

    I was unable to open the box for a few weeks product was in good shape and had arrived fast. As I began the assemble it I discovered that the spigot handle was broken (apparent only until the wrapping was opened) When I contacted this seller he responded withing the hour. He asked me to find a replacement spigot and he would pay for the cost of a new one. My issue was settled generously within hours. I'm very pleased with the quick and kind service Michael provided.
