  Absolutely fantastic contact, which was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The sellers went above and beyond the call of duty in order to aid me. Despatch was swift and safe. The article was well-packaged, whilst the item itself is of extremely high quality and precisely as described. Excellent value for money, with equally great functionality.   Item fully as described, the value for money was great as the govee fans are usually £100+ and I got mine brand new and unpacked for almost half that, fully trustable seller, postage didn’t take too long either

  Arrived in good time slight issue with the size being wrong the seller actually rang me to point it out before posting and gave me a partial refund you can't argue with good service like that, would use again and recommend to anyone

  Lovely dinner set . Unfortunately One dish arrived damaged. But was rapidly dealt with upon reporting it to Neil who replaced within 24 hours . Was very helpful and kept me informed regarding what was being done ! customer service with this seller was excellent. I would recommend anyone to purchase from this company. With the confidence they will be well looked after should any problems occur with their purchased item. Many thanks Neil
