  Brand new condition, as described. Quick despatch and delivery and well packaged. A great item, with nice quality magnetic words that stick well to my fridge. The only thing I didn't like about them was that they have the word 'dog' in, but not cat!!! 😱🤣 Excellent seller, many thanks.

  I was looking for this mug for my Geologist son, to replace one which had been broken. This was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived very quickly.   Arrived days earlier than promised as it was despatched on the day of ordering, which was great. Item was packaged perfectly with ample bubblewrap used to prevent any movement within the box or any truma to the outside of the box affecting the contents. Very happy with the service.
