  I received the item as described. I asked for the item to be shipped in a box so there would be less of a chance of it being damaged in transit. It was shipped in a bubble mailer. The item was not damaged in transit. I’m disappointed the seller disregarded my request but in the end all worked out.

  Very beautiful box set - came with all parts and as described! Disc also played through with no issues. Although it was not packaged in a box as the product listing stated, it was still packaged securely in bubble wrap plus a poly bubble mailer and shipped/arrived quickly.
