  Seller was absolutely delightful and got back to me ASAP to confirm my address. They were also extremely keen on helping me with some shipping issues I had which were ultimately solved by the company and were neither party's fault. Books came packaged excellently, although they were a little worse for wear than what I'd been lead to believe. The price was good for what was advertised, even though the shipping costs were a little high for my liking. Still, the overall price was fair. Recommend!

  I am delighted to report that the seller has been absolutely outstanding! The pricing was excellent, and the card was exactly as described, arriving in impeccable condition.   Helmet was in excellent condition, exactly as the seller described.   All items were in great shape and as described. Some didn't include covers but did include pack-in materials, no big deal - I think one of them literally never had a retail cover anyway. Price was great, shipping was fast and everything was a positive experience including the packaging which was secure but not difficult to unpack.

  Bird was shipped quickly and packaged well. Unfortunately, it wasn't in working condition when I received it. After speaking with the seller I initiated a return. The process was effortless and I received my refund quickly. I'd definitely buy from this seller again, despite issue, since it was so easy to clear up.
