  Received the wonderful Santoni boots in good order, packed quite well, good description of the boots and comfortable fit. The Santoni boots seem well made, competitive price point for the boots and shipping. Good seller communication and can recommend seller for buyers wanting good quality products.

  Good price, but almost did not survive the trip (shipping.) A heavy item, the packaging/box was insufficient as you can’t just ‘make a box from cardboard remnants and tape.’ Also, no padding or internal packing material was used - again, box was heavily damaged upon arrival because unit banged around inside; luckily did not have to file a claim. Dodged a bullet, take more time to ship it safely and with care.

  The box isn’t in great shape, but the cup, the straw, and the dust bag all look nice. Since this is a gift, I would have preferred the box to look nicer. Overall, the product was exactly as described and it arrived quickly. Thank you!
