  I am very pleased with my experience with this seller. My espresso machine was delivered on time, but when I opened the box, I discovered 3 pieces of the machine were broken. They agreed to send me two parts they had in stock and have already issued a partial refund to cover the cost of the part that I will have to replace on my own. I am happy to have had a good experience resolving the issue. Gave 4 star and not 5 because they might want to re-think their shipping methods/ materials.

  Just as decribed. The box was scuffed up a bit but I didn't buy it for the box. The drill itself was in mint condition. Good seller in my book, thanks
