    Wrong item was sent, but the seller was very responsive. There was a data error from eBay, so it was not their fault. They refunded me and told me to keep the item. I can't ask for more, and though I was frustrated, I know it wasn’t the seller's fault.

    Great company. 3rd helmet purchase. Unfortunately had to return because I ordered the wrong size but they shipped fast, new as described, great appearance and quality. After straightened out my issue and refunded quickly.

    I cannot speak for quality just yet, but my items arrived in new condition and appears to be as described in the listing. Overall fantastic value for the price and fast shipping. Unfortunately Icon changed the design of these and they are now a little long in the fingers but at no fault to thr seller. Buyers buy with confidence this is a great seller!

    Customer service was very nice, and when the part did not fit, they gave me a refund with no questions. I explained to him that I was having problems, and it turned out to be the wrong shield, and they were very understanding, and they said that there was no problem. And they did actually keep my refund. I would not have any problems purchasing from this. Website, and I would highly recommend them
