    All very good. Seller was full positive / 2 thumbs up. My one question was answered both timely and useful. Shipping from seller to EBay international was fast with useful tracking info. Shipping from EBay International to final mile (Canada) was fine but tracking info sometimes fuzzy. Laptop was very well packaged. Item was a bit better than described. Good value but International shipping and Cad/US exchange took a bite.

    Item was exactly as described and at a great price. Seller responded to an question quickly regarding combining multiple items into a single shipment. That requested was fulfilled and the seller refunded a portion of the combined individual shipping costs. Shipment was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Would certainly recommend this seller.

    Excellent seller I had a slight discrepancy with the description of the item but the seller took care of that issue for me! Also I have never seen a laptop packed so good before! Thus the item arrived in a few days with zero shipping damage! Over all this was an excellent purchase and while older the Dell Latitude 5511 still holds it value thus it was a good over all transaction Thank You

    Item arrived exactly as described -- minor cosmetic wear, working, shipped through FedEx. Packaging was impeccable with the entire computer wrapped in bubble wrap, and I could not be more pleased with the seller. Sale price was fair and in line with other devices in the same condition/specs.
