    This store is great! Figure made it here in no time. Packaging was well done and box arrived with no damage. Sealed in box new and mint as advertised. Great quality. Price was roughly MSRP, before shipping, but lower than other sellers.

    Quick seller response and shipping. Item as described, pictures of the exact item received. Pictures of item were sufficient and clear enough to make a buying decision. Item sent with adequate packaging protection for transit but the postal service still managed to punch a hole through the outer protection bubble wrap and BOTH boxes. Thankfully the item inside did not suffer damage.

    I think it's great that we can order directly from McFarlane Toys. It makes it easier to get the Spawn statues I want without tariffs added onto the sales price like their competitors i.e. BigBadToyStore! The reason for the neutral review is due to McFarlane Toy's lack of communication to their customers!! They take forever to respond IF they even do! Also, I HATE having to sign for packages!!! Please quit requiring signatures for delivery.

    Product as described by the seller and packed safely. The only issue was the delivery time which was NOT the sellers fault. The USPS kept sending it everywhere but here and finally they got it right. Communication with the seller was prompt and courteous and they followed up to make sure the product arrived. A+
