  Great seller and transaction! Awesome prices, fast shipping, and items very well packed. This tray was not quite as described (the condition was as described but a different tray was sent), but the seller was very responsive and immediately credited the item. I placed a bulky multi-item order, so the shipping cost was very reasonable, and the seller refunded a portion of that, too. Very pleased with my purchases and will shop here again!

  Great transaction. Original package arrived with one broken plate even though the box was well packed. Notified seller and received immediate response. The seller shipped out a replacement plate the next day. Plates were in excellent condition as described. Great value too. Highly recommend seller.

  Absolutely wonderful seller. I was able to pick up the item without any issue. The seller even went above and beyond and agreed to meet at a place close to my home when he was out running errands. Even though it was a local pick-up, the seller took the time to wrap up each cup and saucer. He had them in a nice handled bag too! I would buy from this seller without hesitation again! The picture includes the Teapot I already had. I didn't have the cups so this was perfect!

  Ordered four plates. Upon opening the package, I realized that one of the plates was cracked. The seller was easy to deal with and offered to refund the cost of one of the plates and shipping. Great seller with quick response. Would highly recommend!
