I informed the seller that I had been shorted to Reels. The remaining two reels were shipped and eventually got to my house after a lengthy. It would’ve been nice if the seller had shipped the second set of Reels, using a faster service as I kinda needed the product sooner rather than later. Otherwise, the transaction went well and the communication was excellent. They made a mistake and they fixed it.

First, the seller used a local California business address but turns out they are in China and the combo ships from a warehouse back east. Second, unfortunately, I waited two months before I was able to use the reel only to find it is missing an interior part, which makes the reel unuseable (a visual inspection of what I received looked fine). I tried contacting the seller but the link no longer works.
