  Much better than described. The string of lights is in near perfect to like new condition (no frayed wires). The box, for its age, is in great condition; somewhat faded with one corner of the box top torn (easily fixed with packaging tape). Shipping costs were reasonable. I believe the price was fair and I obtained a great value. The seller couldn't have taken any better care packaging the item. Absolutely one of the best purchases I have ever made from ebay. Couldn't be happier. Thanks.
