    10 stars!! I needed this item quickly to replace a failed part on a Kubota D850 engine. Mark was very quick to respond to inquiries and accommodating with shipping questions/requests. I ordered it on Thursday and received it on Saturday. Great customer service, fast shipping and quality item. The item was very well packaged for shipment, with multiple layers of plastic and packing peanuts (see attached photos). I would order from him again without hesitation! Thanks, Mark!!

    Excellent and fast communication. True to word of shipping following day and wasn’t expected to arrive until Jan 3 but my daughter really wanted to use for New Year’s Eve. Luckily it arrived couple days sooner. Item as described Excellent Condition! Would buy again. The only thing I wish seller would have been willing to negotiate a little more. As I found a top mint camera with more accessories and he would have gave me the price of $325, originally $400 free shipping.But I already purchased.
