    Gas line hose was presented in fotos as having end connectors. It arrived without the connectors so it was necessary for me to purchase connectors separately. Complained to seller who, essentially, told me "Too Bad". I escalated complaint to eBay who ensured I was refunded the purchase. Seller was uninterested in having the hose returned.

    Seller is extremely honest, although the parts were defective when he took them out of stock, he told me right away rather than sending them out in defective condition. Although we didn’t make a deal and the order was cancelled, it’s that kind of honesty you look for in an eBay seller.
