  The seller did a terrific job dealing with the inefficiencies of the U.S. Postal Service. The shipment was the next day. However, the post office took twelve days to deliver. The seller was excellent at follow up and keeping us in the loop. We strongly recommend and will use the Seller again.

  Shipping container was in poor condition when it arrived (crushed on 3 of the 4 corners. I have no idea if we will lose any cups until they are brewed. Could you try to insulate the outside edge(s) on future orders. Thank you!
