Although the clock arrived in excellent condition, the diorama arrived in pieces. This was due to the very poor packing of the diorama. I knew this immediately, so took pictures of the box, the back of the clock in which the diorama was packed using only bubble wrapping, and the broken state of the diorama itself. I believe I should receive a full refund from MAQUETOYS and happy to work with the seller to return both clock and diorama. Very frustrating! Never had this experience with eBay.
