  Good morning. Thank you for your feedback. Allow me to clarify 2 important facts. 1: I charged $9.99 for shipping, actual cost was $11.71. My shipping cost was more than you what you paid. 2: I shipped the same day the shoes were sold. The USPS is to blame for such delay. Sorry for the long wait but it was beyond my control. Final observation The USPS has become expensive and unreliable. Best regards.
