  Received manuals today by snail mail but the wait was worth it after I package seller’s description was spot on as in new condition. Seller worked with me on pricing some and because of his reviews I purchased from him. Packaging was a little on the thin plastic envelope but did arrive unharmed luckily. I’m happy with my purchases I highly recommend this seller.

  This is a very rare manual. The dealers can't get them. manulbasket was my only option. Thanks to USPS the package sat in Iowa for 6 weeks. The seller and I both waited it out. This is a very reasonable seller, who communicates well. This rare EL450 manual arrived today. What a relief! The "Shipping Time" was a disaster, but that was completely out of our control. My wait paid off though.

  The item was not the same as described seller could do better. Media shipping does not give good to date progress although the seller can't control the worthless postal service. I contacted the seller with my concerns and worked out a better price to reflect the product and was pleased to say the seller worked with me and made it rite to my satisfaction therefore I give this seller a 4 1/2 star

  Seller worked with me to resolve an initial mix-up. I first received a different manual than pictured in the listing. When I informed the seller, he worked with me to get as close to the pictured items as he could. When he was unable to locate one of the items in the picture, he agreed to give a partial refund. This result was fair and I am satisfied with the purchase. With that many listings, mistakes sometimes happen and the seller was willing to do his best to make it right. Would buy again.

  Better than described - like new and included several other vehicle models not identified by the seller. Not so well packaged as there was no packing. It was just the Service Manual in the package and the US Postal Service damaged the package. It looked like they squished it under 500 pounds of boxes which didn't protect the contents. The binder was severely damaged, but the important pages inside were ok. Quickly shipped by the seller.
