  First, item arrived at absolutely LIGHTNING SPEED. WOW! (and I live in HAWAII and it still arrived in like 2 days!) - Secondly, while iteam arrived missing a drawstring, I filed for a return/refund and the seller issued full refund - no questions asked, no hassles, no need to return the item - in a matter of like one hour. A++++ Seller all around. Even in a situation where things didn't necessarily work out, they turned things around and made a happy customer regardless! Good work!
