  Absolutely great, I cannot explain how much I like this seller. this seller helped me upgrade my shipping and it arrived within days, great packaging, great communication, affordable price (for coming from japan). perfect condition, good quality, no dust or debris inside the packaging and looked brand new, the description was accurate. in total i give it 5 stars, if you are waiting to buy something from them just go for it. i also dressed her up in the outfit from another set and she’s adorable.

  The seller proactive communicated with me that they would not be able to ship until the next business day (I ordered just before the weekend US time) and I was totally ok with that. It arrived quickly through FedEx and the box was even wrapped with a coated packaging bag on the outside to keep it from getting wet which I really appreciated—the care to detail was amazing. The item was brand new in a plastic bag, as described.

It was packaged very well to make sure there were no issues affecting quality during the shipping process. The price paid for the item + shipping was extremely fair.   Received item despite first shipment getting caught up in customs. Seller was very responsive and reshipped with expedited shipping which was a nice touch. I did receive 3 of the same and only 1 of one type, but the box arrived sealed so this is an issue with sylvanian company not the seller.
