I did receive the wrong item as was described; HOWEVER, the seller quickly attended to the issue, made a refund, and resolved the issue. It was a simple oversight.   Seller is reputable. I bought a very expensive item and when I received it, it did not work, but it was described as working… when I messaged the seller, I also had to open up a return request through eBay, even though the seller didn’t accept returns they fully refund refunded me immediately and didn’t even require me to return the item.. the experience was terrible at first, but the seller did save it by quickly refunding me without hassling me at all

  Unfortunately, the item arrived not as described. However, the seller went above and beyond to provide a positive experience with great customer service. The seller quickly responded to my concern, explaining what happened, apologizing and immediately issued refund. Besides that, great price, fast shipping, and good communication.

  in this deliver 2 of the ant poison bait stations were crushed in there box, sending the liquid all over the other stations and all over the inside and outside of the 2 boxes.the envelope packaging obviously was not enough protection for this delivery.It was a mess cleaning up the other items and boxes.this is just to let you know.

  The item came in amazing condition and the seller was very helpful with making sure it could get to me, the only reason it didn't get to me on time was because I didn't have the ebay app installed and couldn't respond to their messages, as soon as I did get the ability to respond they sent it right out and it was delivered within a couple of days I would 100% recommend this guitar as a first electric guitar, especially if you are on somewhat of a budget.
