  Excellent customer service and fast shipping. Unfortunately, a wrong version of the product was shipped, but an acceptable resolution was reached within 24 hrs of receiving the item and after being personally contacted to resolve the issue (very rare in today's business). The product was in new condition as specified in the ad, just the wrong amount of installed memory. I'd recommend this seller based on the honest and fair approach to customer service after the sale.
