The MF 308cr is deathly silent in my system and is simply a fantastic preamp.   Item came in excellent like-new condition and as described, except two of crosses at top of bridge broke in transit despite sellers foam inside item package. Seller made it right with partial refund. Great quality. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again!
