    My only issue is that the packaging was too tightly bound. When I cut in to the envelope, the packaging was so tight it caused the tie to be right up against the edge and I sliced into it with the scissors. Otherwise the tie was exactly as advertised and in new condition. It arrived on time. Shipping costs are too high for a single item like this - but that is not the seller's fault. Overall a positive experience. I have some thread and can mend the tie-no one will see it under a sweater.

    The item was packaged neatly, in original packaged with new tags. Looks better in person than in photo. Bought back pack for my son, it arrived early and he can't wait to use it for preschool. Recommend seller.
