    I was buying a remote for a Philips Bluray DVD Player manufactured in 2008. This vendor was the only one I found that offered a remote for the this exact model. The price was very reasonable so I ordered. It arrived in a couple weeks; packaged well; and in good condition. The Seller helped me with a suggestion to get started and I was thrilled to finallybe able to manipulate the DVD. So it's also a good quality product. Thank you Lucky-Electonics for you help and courtesy.

    A lovely transaction. The item arrived quickly and as described. The Seller made themselves available to me in case I needed them. The item was adequately packaged. I’m not a fan of receiving items by USPS, but I understand they are reasonably priced and a Seller needs to make money. I would buy from this Seller again

    The remote that arrived is new and exactly as I had ordered and matches the original that came with the Samsung TV. It arrived well packaged in a bubble pack and arrived quicker than I anticipated or was advised. I was very happy to find a new one, and one that a great price.

    I had a problem with the item basically because of something that I expected and it didn't quite deliver. Now the item description was spot on and what I was looking for was on me and not the seller. Having said that, the seller worked hard for me to make the purchase experience a positive one.
