  Phone is as described. Brand new in a sealed box with all the accessories..its all set up very easily with smart switch..no problem at all Well packaged..it took a week and half to arrive But you could track its progress..excellent product and seller. I would highly recommend this seller Thanks

  Item appears new and sealed (shrink-wrapped) as described, although was missing both of the tamper-evident stickers apparent on the box of the 1 VI I returned to another seller and in some unboxing videos online. Possibly a newer revision of the device as a factory reset included Android 15 and the USB port appears unused so no concerns. Packaging on top was great, but was not padded on the bottom. Free case and EU charger was provided. Arrived a week earlier than expected. Thumbs up.

  The phone did not work in the UK for some reason or other but they asked me to send it back a.d they paid for the shipping and give me a full refund once they received the item back, kept in contact with me throughout all of the process, so very good communication skills and good customer service.

  Everything that was listed in the ad was 100% on point. Box was sealed and all the accessories were there aswel. The battery unfortunately had taken a 💩 so had to contact seller about the issue. That all could have gone a bit better but not the end of the world. I will purchase from this seller again as things happen.

  This was my first time on Ebay and I was a little apprehensive about ordering online. However I had a good experience with this seller. The item was as advertised; brand new and came in a sealed unopened box as described on the sellers site. It arrived with one corner of the outer box it was shipped in dented. However, the retailer did a good job of packaging my order and my item in it's original box was undamaged. My only complaint was with the tracking. Some of the updates were very vague.
