    First shipment got lost inroute, with no tracking could not see where it was last seen. Contacted seller and another was expedited to me. Overall worked out but from time of order to delivery was over two weeks. Item was as described. Thanks for acting when notified the product had not arrived.

    Seller mistakenly sent wrong item, was extremely fast to respond, very apologetic, and issued a refund as soon as I dropped off the item for shipping. I would definitely deal with this seller again.

    Listed as new. However, the stands were a returned item. Actually, the seller left the return info in the box from the previous buyer. Stands were returned back in September of 2024. Some of the packaging had been previously opened , but all parts were present. There was some scarring here and there, but not to bad. Not enough to send back. Having said, the stands are great and are in good working order. However, a seller should always disclose such a thing, whenever possible.

    I blinked and it was here ( in 2 days). As described, new, nice heavy material, great communication from seller, adds class to my counter with it's beautiful flowers, and will keep my new toaster in great shape.
