    Seller canceled my order didn't want to ship to Puerto Rico even when I asked how much it will cost me, he didn't give me that option, even when I was willing to pay for the shipping, seller didn't wanted to do business with me, didn't wanted to negotiate!

    My apologies, I don't sell may items internationally or outside of US 48 states due to high shipping costs. The items are still available, if you are truly interested the cost of shipping will be as much as the product, I just quoted another buyer from PR yesterday $360 in computers with $240 in shipping ... I am willing to negotiate and provide shipping prices

    Packing was great A +, picture matched up with what we got the description however didn’t match up it was a wrong model contacted seller he said the specs were correct however seller came off rude I felt. We will try to make our purchase work. Seller did say sorry for the inconvenience in the end.

    Hello, I certainly did not mean to come off as rude or not helpful. I only meant the specs were correct for the system as described but I made a mistake on the name of the system ProDesk vs Elitedesk, If you are not happy with the system you can still return it for a refund. Thanks again for your business
