  Fantastic seller. Their rating is well deserved, and if in the future they ever get a less-than-perfect review just understand that there are all kinds of people out there. I bought this listing for $10, well worth over a couple of $100. I felt bad, so I told them that they could just include this purchase with another one. I was just basically telling them that they could keep the cost of shipping. But instead, they agreed to merge the shipment and refunded me! Free shipping. Incredible value.

  The 34461a arrived with all accessories and original packaging that were pictured in the listing. Seller kindly crafted an outer cardboard layer to protect the original box. Booted, full self-test passed. DC volts reading 99.96% accurate (vs DMMCheck r8 w/current cal) with last cal from original cert back in 2014 - very good. SN matched vs listing pictures, I received the unit shown. Shipping time was reasonable, no complaints. Overall excellent value for money. Good job locklandsurplus!
