  This seller was awesome. Great communication. Minutes after my purchase they messaged me to make sure all my info was correct and my item was shipped out a few days later. Received my item quickly despite the holiday rush. My item was packaged well and was perfect.

  Pros: Seller was very communicative and kept me up to date with shipping since it was international. Cons: The box of the figure arrived banged up. Wasn't securely packaged for international travel in my opinion. It should have been placed within another bigger box and more bubble wrap or peanuts. Seller offered $5 refund or a return which was a bit on the low side but did appreciate that they tried to accommodate for the damage.

  The item came relatively quickly, considering that it was international shipping. I expected it to take 1 month or more for shipping but item arrived, perfectly package, in a brand new status in around 3 weeks to US. The labubu seems to be authentic in terms of appearance, but the QR code on the box leads me to a site that's no longer in service, so it may be a high quality fake(?). Either way, super happy with the purchase and such a good deal for a quality lafufu.

  The item was exactly how it was described . The monsters are my favorite pop mart series and this was a really exiting. Addition to my collection. The communication from the seller was really great and they were extremely helpful when it came to shipping across country lines. I am exited to hopefully purchase from them again!

  Big love to these guys in China from the USA! These people are very nice! As advertised. Good shipping with tracking. Very good communication! Quick to respond. Shipping takes as long as it should but had zero issues with crossing customs. And zero issues to the item. Best pricing compared to competitors. (Easily one of my favorite pieces!   OMG!! After waiting for 3 weeks, this Nintendo System FINALLY ARRIVED through U.S. Customs. But that's my fault cuz I'll Never order in Ebay from. A Non U.S.A. Based company AGAIN!!! With that being said I got Everything I ordered and It Works GREAT!!! Been playing Games I ENJOYED over 40 years ago and EXTREMELY HAPPY!! GREAT Price but Seller doesn't advertise that Item is coming from CHINA!! STILL leaving a Positive Review because I got want I Ordered and it Works Great!!!!
