  It is true that when I got this puzzle completed, I had 1 missing piece and 2 bent pieces with color missing in the bends. I contacted the vendor and she was very apologetic and tried to appease me by offering a discount upon the discount that she had already given me. This is the mark of a good vendor, "Try to make the buyer happy even though it hurts the pocketbook". Because of this, I will buy from this vendor again. I truly believe that she was unaware of the defects in this puzzle.
