  Got this set and it was marked incorrectly in size. One piece was the size right and the other piece was the wrong size. Seller apologized and gave me a full refund when I returned it. Sent me a prepaid label as well to return. Seller stands by her items! It was incorrectly packaged by the manufacturer not the seller. Seller fixed the issue! Would not hesitate to purchase from seller again. Thank you!

  Great seller, highly recommend! Product arrived really quickly, and when there was a piece missing from the original (West Elm) package, they immediately fixed the issue with a replacement part in the mail. Really quick with responses, packaging good. Super transaction and nice to work with.

  The BEST seller EVER!!! The rod I ordered had a couple pieces missing from the box. I contacted the seller who apologized and agreed to help me get replacements. I received brand new replacements a week later. ❤️❤️❤️

  Avoid this seller at all costs. The items arrived damaged and were not the colors I ordered. I received two different colored West Elm curtain rods, both of which were damaged. Instead of communicating with me about a resolution, I was sent what was supposed to be a replacement curtain rod, but it also arrived damaged and was the wrong size. The seller agreed to issue a refund but never followed through and has stopped responding to my messages. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this selle

  This is so wrong on so many levels. Customer got items, said ONE was damaged and the wrong color. We communicated with multiple messages immediately and we sent a PERFECT replacement that she said was ALSO damaged. She wants to keep all of them for FREE, and not return anything. After making demands she leaves these feedbacks and then opened a return for ONE of them. We replaced the item for her and did our part. You cannot keep everything for free and just make demands.
