  I contacted the seller twice because the post office had not received the item after a week. The seller finally shipped the item after a week, one day after it was due to my home and only after eBay contacted her. The item not new, as described, with staining, perhaps mold.

  The post office absolutely had the item and it was not tracking, we went above and beyond to locate this for her and make sure it was to her asap, and it was indeed ONE day late. The item left here 100% new in package with no issues. Customer never wrote me regarding this issue.
