  The seller recognised that the flip-top cup storage box & its grain matched console (bought together) had suffered from storage and said they'd refund on return of items. However, with some application, elbow grease and perseverance the two items came up to be quality items at a fairly reasonable price. The seller offered by way of recompense discounts on any future sales. I'd certainly recommend due to sellers quick, polite, positive communications, solid packaging and very quick despatch.

  Part received pretty quickly in a good strong cardboard box and wrapped inside the world's supply of bubble wrap which, as an electronic fuel regulator, was good to see. No complaints here. It looked to be slightly better condition than the photo suggested which was also good to see. I assume it had been given a bit of a clean before shipping. All in all a good service as well as saving an absolute fortune over a new one.

  Was looking for a tail light for my panamera for a while and this was by far the best value I've seen one come up for. Light is in great condition and works perfectly. Delivery was prompt and it was extremely well packaged, it survived being dropped over my gate by the courier thanks to all the protection the seller used. Excellent seller, would highly recommend.   Item is exactly as described and photos mirrored the goods, packaging was excellent with the item wrapped in plastic wrap and then boxed, all space was taken up with additional packaging, and, this purchase represented excellent value for money and postage was free. Will use again for my Jaguar parts.

  Great transaction. I wasn't 100% sure if this was going to be the correct part. When I asked, they double checked with the VIN number and got back to me immediately to confirm. Sent it off immediately and I received the correct part at a good price. No issues - I would definitely recommend this seller.

  The item arrive as predicted and all communications were efficient and to the point, letting me know each step as it journeyed to me. It was packaged well in recyclable cardboard without being excessive as some packaging is and appears to be the correct part in good condition although I haven't fitted it yet so can't comment on it's function.
