    The seller communicated regularly when the item had not arrived within the est delivery window. The items did show up tho. For reference, the envelope was mailed on the 4th and delivered in WV on the 24th. So give it about 3 weeks of your on the East Coast. I'd recommend the seller.

    Seller refunded me for the extra postage I had to pay. It did require a 20 mile round trip to the post office so I am out the time and $3.50 in gas. Seller did respond quickly to my request for postage refund. I will leave a positive rating with the hope that the seller will visit their post office to figure out proper postal rates. I see in other comments that this has happened before.
