  Unfortunately the product had been opened in transit and the item was no longer in the package on delivery. I contacted the seller sending a photo of the slit package, and the response was excellent, asking if I would accept a refund. There arrived in my account extremely promptly. Excellent service

  Through no fault of the seller, the item arrived damaged. I concated customer support who were very quickly to sort out the issue. Without the damaged section the quality is excellent and the value is perfect. You can not tell the difference in appearance between the original one and this replacement. I will happily buy from this seller again without hesitation.
