  I ordered two of these and items arrived a bit later than stated but I was in a hurry anyway. Problem was that one of the fans was broken. It did not seem like seller's fault though, the package itself seemed to be stabbed and ripped open, maybe at customs. The visible cut went deep and actually broke the merchandise. I contacted the seller and they issued a refund without a fuss or delay. I am happy with the way it was handled.
