The dispatch time was great, sent immediately however packaging was sparce, the first unit turned up with damage but after some great comms the seller sent a new unit however packaging remained the same. All in all great service and a good quality item for a decent price. I'll buy here again.

My only slight negative is that where sellers advertise the "Make An Offer" option, if there's a minimum, they should say "offers above" etc. This stops lower offers they'd never accept and saves everyone time in the process. I had two reduced offers declined and ultimately simply just chose the buy it now price.

All the items as per the advertisement included. The quality is acknowledged, the condition is new and I regard the battery as good value for money. I trust it will provide my MacBook Air with many more years of “active service.” EBay kept me informed all along from the time of placing the order to final delivery, all on schedule.
