  Had a problem with the initial shipment, not receiving staples as in what was listed, received nails in a staple box. Contacted the seller, they stated they would send out replacement. I received the replacement almost a month from the original purchase only to find I was shorted , not a full box as pictured. The company could do a much better job being honest about what they are selling and listing accordingly. Left positive feedback only for the effort to correct the problem.

  As described. Minimal packaging needed. No apparent flaws in item. This brand sold at Home Depot for more than twice the price to include shipping. Did not measure length, appears to be the 25 ft advertised. Great deal for a returned item. Shipping: Item not accepted by USPS till 2 days after est. first day of delivery BUT did arrive last day of est. delivery. Seller does do high volume of sales. Seller could do better, still gets 4 stars and a positive.

  The pump was advertised as used and "rusty". The pictures they posted showed the rust. Unfortunately, they shipped pump in original box and did not put inside another box. A plastic part was broken upon arrival, which was fine in their photos. They offered a full refund with return. I requested a partial refund in hopes I could fix/glue the broken part or replace it. I bought other pumps from them and they double boxed them...no issues there. I would buy from them again. Good value.

  The item received was of high quality, as expected, though not exactly as advertised, packed differently, and missing a few things. But the seller was quick to address my issue, after being notified of its shortcomings. I'm pleased with this purchase, required to complete my deck renovation project. I'm also happy with the manner in which the seller resolved my issue. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this seller again, and would recommend this seller to other buyers.

  Someone at a FB group mentioned this and ordered three. I went to this eBay page, saw the price, and ordered three as well! Heck, I might order more after I assemble my pedalboard tonight! Came well packaged, and items are as described. Highly recommended seller!

  The item was exactly as described, no nicks or scratches and has worked well for the first couple of uses. It was at one of the better prices I had found for them. Shipping time was the only issue for me, it was dropped off on the 4th and I didn’t get it till the 11th, I should have had it in a couple days for where it came from. This isn’t necessarily a seller problem, but a postal problem. The seller did help when I asked about why the shipment hadn’t moved and they looked into it for me.
