  Nice, high-quality shoes arrived exactly as pictured & described and fit perfectly. The shoes were less than a third of retail price, so were an exceptional value. The shipping was reasonably priced, and they were well packaged. The item arrived a day early as well. Communication was excellent and transaction went smoothly.   You can't beat Merrell Shoe Company for sandals! These are great...so comfortable and fit well. The shipping was fast, the packaging was very good, They look exactly like the photos and are the correct size, and what great value! I love doing business with this company.   Shipping was excellent. Packaging was excellent. It was as described. The value is good. I received the cap in a zip bag clean and in good condition. The bag was also in in a box with packing in it. It was packaged very well and arrived immediately. I was happy to have received 2 caps together that I ordered so I didn't have to wait for the other.   One of the best integrity stores on ebay. Here's why: As a buyer, when we buy an item on ebay, we expect everything to go smoothly. Once in awhile, due to circumstances beyond everyone's control, something goes wrong. In my case, the package was lost in transport. I reached out to the seller, who is a big store. Within a day they responded and acknowledged the issue, stating they would look into it. They did what they said, as within an hour they issued a full refund and a 60% off coupon.
