    This seller went the extra mile for me. I genuinely appreciate the effort. I bought something as a gift for someone. It was fragile and got broken shortly after receiving it. This seller had one just like it for sale and I reached out to explain my situation hoping they would target the earliest part of the range of dates the ad said I might receive it. They responded immediately and had it at the post office almost immediately. Thanks for saving me! It was as described.

    Great transaction all around. Focused customer service. Sadly, the post office must have played volley ball with the package as even tho it appeared super well packed, it was broken to bits. Quick to make good. I hope there is more in this store for me. I highly recommend this seller.
