    Communication was great! Description of item was exact. Original packaging was perfect as described. Received this item quickly. Exterior packaging had a few gouges but that is from the shipping company. This was a gift for my mom and we unpackaged it yesterday and she’s excited to use it this upcoming week. Seller sent replacements out same day, then went above &d beyond & ordered replacement bulbs & had them sent separately free of charge. Then combined shipping & provided a shipping refund.
