The seller was responsive to messages, easy to work with, and double checked to make sure I knew that the two styles of hardware I’d ordered had different finishes before sending them. Shipping was quick and everything was carefully packaged, with spare screws and even spares of the actual hardware for the smaller, multi-part style of pull. I’d give 10 stars if I could

Unfortunately, my package got lost with USPS after a few weeks, but the seller was kind enough to refund me. I am pretty bummed because the lot of clothing was cute and would have been perfect for my son. I would be more than happy to purchase from the seller again in the future! Five stars!
