  My new Mo Williams signed court piece looks so much better in person than in the pictures IMHO, better than described. The Sellers communication is great, has great pricing and shipping prices, great shipping quality and packaging, Fast shipping, anything and everything you could ask for in a seller.   Packaged well. There was a mistake that occurred, the wrong card was accidentally sent with the original order, I contacted the seller and made them aware. Seller then sent the correct card and asked me to keep the card that was sent by mistake. This resolution was satisfactory and much appreciated. I would recommend this seller as they made a somewhat frustrating situation right.

  By far the best customer service ! Smooth transaction and fast shipping. Item was well packaged but somehow USPS damaged the item during shipping. Seller addressed the issue and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend this seller.

  The seller went above and beyond in packaging this album carefully ensuring safe transit through the US Mail. Padding and waterproofing were exceptional, and that is the most important factor when buying shellac records! The album arrived in short order, and shipping for this order was FREE! The seller was very conservative in grading the records, and I was pleased to find the album in even better condition that I had expected! I look forward to doing more business with this seller.
