    Good Ebay seller. Fast shipping. Brand new OEM part in the box. Item arrived looking just like in the pictures. Good packaging. I’m very pleased that the seller shipped the OEM box inside a USPS shipping box. Way better protection that way. Hopefully this item will work great and fix the problem with my car. Seller has great pricing. I would buy from them again.

    Upon arrival the box appeared to have been attacked. Only one out of four pieces was inside and that piece appeared to have been stepped on. Very disheartening! I believe it is the fault of the shipper, UPS. I have never had an issue with FedEx. Perhaps Larson should change shippers. KUDOS to Larson Ent.. They dealt promptly with the issue and in a positive manner. I really wanted the item, but am fearful of reordering so I'm unable to rate the actual item. But, thank you Larson Enterprises.

    Bought part for a reasonable price from seller. Unfortunately, the part was damaged during shipping. Sent pictures of damaged part to the seller, who promptly issued me a refund. He apologized for the inconvenience even though it wasn't his fault. Most appreciated, would do business with him again.
