  The Quality of the laptop was perfect; when it arrived, it was inside a bubble wrap envelope in the box. The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. I would recommend this seller to anyone; I'd rate him as A-Plus.

  I am truly impressed with the customer service. The packaging of the laptop And the start of guy that came with the PC. This was the best shopping experience i've had online. They answered all my questions. Help me choose the right product for me. This company went above and beyond. It's truly impression.   The item arrived on time and the packaging was quite impressive. After turning it on and installing Windows I found out that the touchscreen feature was unavailable. I sent the message to the seller and it was promptly answered. The seller offered exchange, or a discount. I agreed to the offered discount and kept the item. I would recommend the seller and purchase from them again.

  Hands down, this is the best eBay seller I've ever encountered. The seller worked with me on an exchange professionally and promptly. The communication was top-notch, continually in contact with me throughout the entire experience. As a school tech person, I've purchased hundreds of computers/tech through eBay and other vendors and have never experienced such professionalism. The units arrived packed carefully and with excellent documentation and instructions. Absolutely recommend!

  What an amazing experience. The seller exceeded my expectations and really wanted earn my business. I reached out to them and asked a question. The response was quick and to my surprise I was able to find something I was looking for and the price was fair. The laptop arrived quickly and looked great! There was no appearance of previous use and we thought it had a a faint "new car smell". We were able to get the laptop set up quickly and there were no issues. l highly recommend these folks!

  Great experience and product. The computer had a glitch, they sent me a return FEDEX prepaid label, I returned it and they sent me another one - no questions asked. Very easy to communicate with, and very helpful company. Good product at a reasonable price. Very fast service, answered ALL my questions, excellent guarantee, and I highly recommend this seller.
