  This item was damaged during shipping it came in a box that was new the item was described new online and I truly believe that was not deviated from it one bit. it was clearly damaged during the shipping process. however contacted seller & money was refunded promptly so I would highly recommend the seller like I said not a lot you can do after you send it off. This didn't turn out as planned however this is a great seller & would highly recommend buying from them.

  I must say from the very beginning of this transaction that everything went smooth. The seller gave me a good quality product for a great price that was brand new and appeared to be better than what was pictured. I plan on purchasing more products in the near future from this seller. Appearance was flawless. Magnificent communication and all of what I said makes this seller a great asset to the eBay community as well as the marketplace.

  I had an issue with the part I purchased. I contacted the seller. He got back to me in minuets, not days. How awesome is that. The subsequent communications were handled in the same lightning speed. The part was obviously been damaged in shipment. No issues with the seller or quality of the part. This seller refunded my money immediately, not in a week. I would trust this seller with any transaction. He is the best I have ever dealt with. Period.

  Fram filter as described and arrived on time. Some filter damage due poor packaging and typical USPS handling. There was no padding or shipping protection. A few layers of cardboard around the flimsy Fram box would have minimized the damage.

  Thank you the EXCELLENT Customer Service of this seller. I highly recommend them and will buy again. In this case, USPS has delayed the part for weeks and when I contacted them, they said I will just have to wait...very unprofessional!! As I said, this is of NO FAULT of the seller so I am truly appreciative of his understanding of the situation and refunded me promptly despite it not being his fault at all.

  11 full days time to get a shipping envelope 3 states is a bit excessive. Otherwise they were as well described.
