  Seller responsive to my questions confirming actual shoe size since stock photos were used in the listing & showed a different size. Accepted my offer & shipped immediately. Received item very quickly. Packaged double bagged. Item was new with tags & in excellent condition. Unfortunately the item was a different style from the stock photos in the listing. I was able to initiate return & shipped back item for a full refund. Whole return process was pretty easy. I'd buy from this seller again.

  The pants were very nice as described and a good price. They shipped fast and came well packaged. However, they just wouldn’t fit my wife. The seller was helpful in directing us on where to start the return process. Once the seller received the return, the refund was prompt. Highly recommended this seller!

  Great communication and support with shipping to Germany. All questions were immediately answered Item is exactly as described and was sufficiently packed for the transport. Even arrived 3 days earlier than initially expected.

  There is no question that the item is as described and I am happy with the buying experience. However, shipping was a bad problem. The item arrived much later than expected due to being taken on a "trip" by UPS, causing the delay in receipt. It seems lately that UPS and FedEx are both lagging in excellence and this is extremely frustrating. Again, no fault of the seller, but I would have paid higher shipping charge (if offered) to get the item sooner.

  Reasonable shipping and item was new as described in the listing. Thank goodness the seller had a great return policy because the item did not fit, requiring me to return it. Seller issued a refund promptly. Even though it didn't work for me, I would still buy from this seller again.

  OH MY GOSH!. It is stunning and unique. And I am sure it will make the food I put in it even more delicious. It is even more gorgeous in real life. It arrived quickly and was very well wrapped, so no damage was done. The shop owner was very professional and kept me informed of the shipping. YES, I recommend this shop. And I will continue to buy from them.
