  Usps poor delivery service was the entire issue a lot of stress, unnecessary for a package Delivery company. Utterly irresponsible!I finally got it after days of delay after it was out for delivery. Terrible deli ery experience in 2025!"This item is hopefully capable of doing the work it is designed for.We will see, looks good is all I can say !

  Terrible product and seller. The item was so flimsy and inaccurate from the pictures and description. It was fine making it through shipping but pieces immediately started breaking during handling and install, and once it was standing it broke in half. I initiated a refund citing that the product was not as described and they said the product was still usable, that damage was because of shipping, and they would give me a $5 refund.   This was the best price for the heating element It arrived on time. The packaging seemed a little flimsy but it arrived in perfect condition so maybe I m just over cautious. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
